Share work and management time to give back to society, Baan Ruam Tang fun by Sena Development Project donated 70 million baht to Ramatibbhodi hospital to build an ICU and germ-free unit to support Covid 19 patients as well as Thammasat Chalermprakiat hospital by signing the supports to Dream House 5 giving profit to 4 public hospitals.
Assistant Professor Dr. Kessara Thanlakpark, Managing Director of Sena Developent Plc said about dream house that from the beginning of the project in 2004, Sena has developed Dream House 1 Lamlukka Klong 2 as town homes and home offices totaling 254 units and when it has finished in 2007, the company has profit from operations total 40 million baht to donate to Siriraj hospital off which her father – Dr. Thirawat Thanlakpark, president of management board of Sena Development Plc was recuperating. All in all, this has turned into the beginning of “Sharing the rest of time to society”.
Not long after, Sena has moved on the develop Baan Ruam Tang fun Lamlukka Klong 4 which includes twin townhouses and home offices total 184 units, this time has offered profits of 40 million baht to the Police Hospital to build a Kidney Center. Baan Ruam Tang fun 3, it has been developed into 5 storey 4 buildings in Klong Luang area. The project was finished in 2014 with total profit of 40 million and was donated to Ramatibbhodi Hospital to give support to heart diseased patients from birth, together with ambulances.
Lately, the company has developed “Baan Ruam Tang fun 4 Petchkasem – Bangkae, a low-rise condominium with 2 types of room, 1 bedroom 30 square meters and 1 bedroom 35 square meters altogether 196 units with starting price of 1.44 million baht, already finished and ready for transferring of ownership. So far, Dream House has about 20 % left. Songklanakarin hospital. Baan Ruam Tang fun 5 which is about to come to fruition in 2021 or early 2022.
Above all, all Dream House projects couldn’t have reached the targets without allies in several branches such as financial institutes, companies and shops, which have supported the projects all along.
