Assistant Professor Dr. Kessara Thanlakpark, Vice President of management board of SENA Development Plc or SENA, together with board of management, have signed in the record to appoint Saeng Fah Construction Company Ltd as major constructor, with Doctor Cherdsak Ampornsuksakul, Managing Director, to take pictures as souvenir, preparing to build 2 projects in the joint venture of SENA Hankyu Hanshin Ltd; total value 6 billion baht which include PITI Sukumvit 101 Project and Niche Mono Ramkumhaeng which that will start construction work in 2020 and expect to finish by 2022.
